      Pros

      Colleagues were all united to get the best results for our client. I was very impressed with how functional leads/project managers were engaged in TMF management and it importance, and working as hard as possible to keep good KPIs.

      Cons

      Very demanding client, with lots of changes, but not enough resources on our end meant that the workload was intense. Could be stressful.

      There were no pros that I know of.

      Cons

      The company would set the maximum hours allowed on a specific publication project, and that cap was always insufficient, so the freelancer would be expected to work for free, despite scope creep. Also, timelines were unreasonably short. Poor communication with management meant things took longer than they should have. I left after one project.
