      Working remote is great. Even with that the team was very close knit and could rely on each other.

      Company was bought by a private company and it outsourcing most United States jobs to Latin/South America or India/Southeast Asia.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
