      Smart, dedicated folks, most of who are very hard working.

      Cons

      Silo'ed like most CROs. Little commitment to colleague development. High turnover. Heavy with executives. Little to no teamwork. Annual bonuses and merit increases can often be at risk based on executive fiat.
