      Benefits are good Some personal flexibility

      Cons

      Engagement managers are not well-trained and lots of last minute projects that needs to be turned around ASAP. Many of the managers seemed to be not very knowledgeable about their subject matters and many consultants leave for the door when they can.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
