      Contract company gets your foot in the door. Can help you gain experience while still paying decent.

      Cons

      Have multiple managers. Pay is obviously less than what other reps make that are full time with the parent company.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
