      Post merger benefits decreased but costs increased. Overall salary and benefits continue to become less for existing employees Work-Life balance is difficult in the ever changing organization Difficult to work cross-functionally as every department seeks to take care of themselves

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
