Pros
You get back whatever you put in. Good work and people are seen, heard and rewarded. Feedback and complain but bring ideas, suggestions, and enhancements and they will be actioned.
Cons
As the business grows, becomes public-facing and reports into the US, some processes are slower than liked due to chain of review required, the company is more money-focused for stock share prices and some Americanisms are coming across to this side of the pond which is changing the culture
