Business Outlook
Pros
Great leadership on the reimbursement and access teams. Communication is fairly transparent. The pay and benefits (company car or allowance, pto) is better than at other companies that have similar teams.
Cons
Access roles are contract so you're at the whim of the client on certain things like holiday schedules and communications. There is not a lot of room for advancement - no team leads or level 2 associates, just associates and managers, so it's hard to move up if your manager doesn't leave.
