Pros
Syneos make you feel belonged to and once you're belonged to, like a family. You are also heard and appreciated. To me it seemed like Syneos has a healthy relationships with it's employees.
Cons
Not really a con but Syneos has high expectations from it's employees. If you're looking for just a casual "job" it's probably not for you.
