      No job security, high level of corporate politics, no professionalism, u can survive there only if you have very good rapport with manager and senior management, Not employee friendly.The work is also not good there is no learning

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
