Class Act! - Professional Sales Representative Syneos Health Employee Review

The upper management with Syneos Health is a class act. I have the upmost respect for all of the leadership team on my project. The pay has been solid and bonus potential high. Unfortunately, Syneos is often at the mercy of the client. When layoffs occur, they do everything in their power to retain you or help you prepare to find another position if you are a strong rep. In my experience, upper management genuinely cares about their employees.
