Pros
In general, a very nice, loyal company to it's employees. It does have some experienced managers who are a pleasure to work with. Many nice CRAs.
Cons
Many of the women project managers are not experienced enough and make very poor work decisions. Unfortunately, the owner of the company does not realize what is happening.
