      Good company culture, decent benefits, treat workers well and leadership is very genuine and forward thinking.

      Cons

      Resourcing is a constant issue. Lack of experience and knowledge from many project leaders. Poor project management skills for many of the leaders. Bad CRAs are not held accountable on many projects.

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
