      Pros

      Corporate seems to do a good job overall, handled the pandemic very well with minimal furloughs (top execs took salary cuts instead!). Good benefits.

      Cons

      Princeton site management has taken a nosedive. There are virtually no professional development initiatives, analysts are treated like line workers and burnout culture is the norm. Everyone is underpaid.

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.
