      Overall company and policies are very good, employee friendly company.

      management is biased, to my experience true hardworking employees doesn't get value, deserve position, salary and appreciation.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
