Pros
I met some cool GTs during the program but they all left before the program ended. There may only be about 20% of the original GTs still there getting into April. They also had GREAT benefits and many opportunities to work in all sectors of healthcare if you want to work in healthcare.
Cons
The salary is absolutely not up to industry standard unless you get to a certain point. Your coworkers will not be your advocate. Managers are also not well trained to aid career growth - they are bad managers who don’t know how to manage people. Despite that the fact that this was supposed to be a 9 month program, there was only programming for 3 months but we were still stuck in the programs pay structure. There is a HUGE lack of transparency in terms of job mobility, salary and responsibilities. We were doing Account Executive work as GTs without a title change or pay raise. So many GTs have left to better opportunities in terms of pay, opportunities and management - even to higher level roles.
