      place to start your career if you are trying to break in.

      Works off of old tired pharma model. Places directors in disease states to "manage" in areas for which they have no expertise.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
