      Good benefits Lots of travel opportunities if you like to travel

      Cons

      Completely overworked. There are no CTAs or in-house CRAs. There are very few days at home for the admin. work that's required. There is definitely NO work/life balance. No compensation for doing extra work, but expected to do the extras for free.

      Pros

      Incredible management, very communicative, most supportive and kind people i have ever worked with. They want to see you succeed on your contracts and are your safe space for questions and learning. I have never been more pleased with a company. Unlimited PTO

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
