-Workload -Lack of consideration for their employee -Management that ignore issues -Poor HR services -Squeezes her employees like lemons to get the most out of them -Inhuman work conditions that lead to burn out -you work alone - few contact with your colleagues -no team building activities to strengthen the team and meet your colleagues -low-quality working methods (the quantity of work prevails over the quality of the work you have to do) -no life/work balance !! -plenty of non-reclaimable overtime !! -promised bonuses not received
