Not Impressed - Talent Acquisition Syneos Health Employee Review

Well... Not impressed after the recent take overs! Very disheartened in the culture they are currently misrepresenting! Absorbing smaller companies and doing away with their staff. There needs to be a total overhaul in the company's attitude toward staff with a focus on retention and engagement. I hope that the new CEO will make moves in this direction quickly to prevent further loss of talented, committed employees.
