      It is a very friendly environment. The company has the culture of being self-independent, is reasonable, logic and empathy to the employees. The company understand what is important for clinical trial in daily life.

      Cons

      they are not fast enough on taking decisions. has a limited insurance policy for outpatient clinic. It will pay your gas just to travel the office from home if you are office based.
