      New leadership cares about people and seem to know what they are doing. Many changes and feeling of instability but the future looks promising. Much better than 12-18 months ago.

      Cons

      Too many changes at the same time make it difficult to keep up. Financial impact due to company performance as bonuses have suffered significantly.

      Great benefits such as unlimited time off and multitude of healthcare options to choose from. Team is great as well.

      Cons

      There is no transparency with income, such as increases or bonuses. Also no transparency with career progression.
