      Managers hired skilled and tenured reps. Company cars were good

      Unstable, used fear tactics to push performance, changed commission structure a couple weeks before payouts were due, late on paying commissions, went almost an entire trimester without showing our current rankings amongst the nation.

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
