      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Low salary. Terrible management. No career progression. Basically squeezed you dry with long working hours with 0 benefits or even care from your team. Just don't join this company. They are getting worse and when their financial hit rock bottom they finally realized their ego is larger than their actual revenue. Now theyre seeling off to private equity xD let's see how it ends

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      Great benefits such as unlimited time off and multitude of healthcare options to choose from. Team is great as well.

      Cons

      There is no transparency with income, such as increases or bonuses. Also no transparency with career progression.
