      Specialty contract, can be long term, depends on product, work life balance depends on manager make sure to utilize your vacation

      Cons

      Salary set by contracting company many times lower than manufacturer rep, benefits are expensive if not hmo plan. Company was recently sold not sure what that means for future contract

      Great benefits such as unlimited time off and multitude of healthcare options to choose from. Team is great as well.

      There is no transparency with income, such as increases or bonuses. Also no transparency with career progression.
