Behing the facade of encouraging every one to be there total selves, I experienced cold hearted firing of competent CRAs on the spot (same day without notice) for 'adjustment of headcount'. This is violent to the employee, the team, their managers, and really harmed the management of the study, leaving USA totally encovered (no CRA left) and leaving us explain to the client why the company did such a blunt unthought move. I also personally experienced HR very cold-hearted. Declining promotion to senior twice despite clean records and 8 years seniority on the position.
