Too little project variety - Consultant Syneos Health Employee Review

- Not a lot of project variety, tons of project management, (launch) process setup, in combination with long hours makes work very monotonous and kills motivation - Not a lot of strategic work and problem solving - Lots of Micro-Managers, not a lot of flexibility and opportunities to develop your own ideas for consultants - Lots of clueless managers, even up to the director level - Bad long term planning leads to lots of fluctuations in amount of project work and hiring/firing
