-Fully remote -Decent plan for advancement (every 6 months you go to the next step of your position even though this only means a small raise, but at least it's every 6 months) -If you're keen to absorb everything from your position, you can learn a lot from working in TMF
Cons
Lower pay than the competitor companies. Depending on the team you're working in, the workload is too much sometimes. If someone who is considering working in the TMF department in this company is reading this, here is the breakdown: You get assigned around 6 studies, depending of the size of the studies, this can be too much at times. For this money, you want to burn laptop sometimes. And then again, you have good days.
