      Everything. Start up clients, unprofessional management. No way to reach any internal departments by phone when you have issues. Very low pay vs other CSOs. Very entry level job.

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      The individual groups have great people, and in the past they have been great for promoting from within.

      Cons

      Over the past few years the company has been struggling and laying people off quite regularly. It leaves the working environment in a very negative space.
