      Pros

      Friendly place to work, you get exposed to many different clients, documents, indications, and products. You get a sense of being valued and appreciated. You have the flexibility to set project timelines.

      Cons

      Documents are expected by the company to be of really high quality. Minimal parental leave (1 week paid). Work/life balance is advocated by the company but most people work >40hr/week often.

      culture: supportive, collaborative, motivated, friendly and respectful onboarding: smoothest process I've experienced joining a new company work / life balance: reasonable workload benefits: competitive leadership: extremely welcoming, always offering to jump in and support overall: very promising first month - I love the work I'm doing, I'm happy, and I feel like I'm making a positive impact on the company
