Pros

Great pay games usually available whenever you want easy to do job from home great communication with the higher ups. When there is extra games they will offer you a bonus anywhere from $25 to $400. Also they provide excellent training

Cons

Games sometimes unavailable, the season isn't year around and you don't get paid on bi weekly it's twice a month so you lose a few pay periods throughout the year

Pros

Flexible schedule, lots of work spread around throughout the year even when baseball is not always actively happening. Room for growth within department and within company in general, room for growth in responsibilities and hours available for you to work every year if you perform well. 401(k), sick time and benefits available depending on how much you work and how long you have been with the company.
