      Pros

      Great development opportunities, interesting products, if your supervisor supports you you can do a lot

      Cons

      had leadership change and had to leave as my new supervisor was completely terrible. Too much ex management consultants in the company. The company become really an ex McKinsey ground which is making it difficult to implement solutions.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
