      Very poor leadership, highly political environment . The external "public information" is considerably different to internal reality

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
