Pros
It's very good for freshers. On the development side you will get hands on versatile technologies starting from core application programming using sockets and threading to UI frameworks like struts, spring and all. It also has expertise on android technology. twice a month work from home. great culture. Very friendly environment. Work life is balanced. Salary is average for freshers category but you will get a good hike if you do well.
Cons
no food court for lunch or dinner. just a cafeteria. Most people don't live this company. they just got stuck here as if they got a home away from home. less scope for learning for senior level people, but it is there to some extent.
