OK, but getting worse - Software Engineer II Synopsys Employee Review

Recent push for AI has been terrible and is kinda being used to justify layoffs; it's too delusional. Pushing for office attendance when it doesn't make sense most of the time is also terrible. For me it feels like I've lost my time and energy in public transportation for no good reason.
