Pros
Synopsys has great products and visions. The Founder/CEO is truly the best in the valley, polished and a true visionary. Company is well poised for the next decade as it starts venturing into security software business.
Cons
If you're not in Sales or R&D, you're considered 2nd class or 3rd class citizens in the company. The difference is very obvious in terms of compensations and your career growth path is very limited.
