      Pros

      Depending on the group, the problems can be really challenging and interesting. Flexible hours are possible. Dress code is basically "whatever makes you comfortable".

      Cons

      Career growth is somewhat slow. Salary is on par with competition in the city/country, which is unattractive as the required technical competencies are way higher than in other places. Bureaucracy and processes have priority over latest technology.
