Pros
- Stable Job environment - Work is not hard - You get to work with the late version of tools from Synopsys, which is pretty much the standard of the ASIC industry
Cons
- Management in Canada office don't know how to motivate employees. - need better and more reasonable arrangements with remote employees. - The hierarchy, beyond management vs individual contributor, is flat. There is no distinguishing between senior level engineers and new grads. - Outlook of business units in the GTA is rather low. They are losing customers.
