Pros
Smart co-workers, Interesting work and the ability to come up with your own ideas and run with them. (As long as it doesn't require budget) Excellent FTO and work-life balance (Manager dependent). Good exercise (work out) culture. People run, yoga classes....etc.
Cons
Middle management (Directors) are way too comfortable (stuck) in their positions, so they don't take any chances or innovate. All innovation comes from the bottom up. Groups are encouraged NOT to work together even in the same business unit. Good luck getting cooperation from another business unit.
