      Very organized. Almost everything is planned. Rigorous testing and QA to ensure product quality. Working with cutting edge solution to enable big semiconductor eco system.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Not agile enough to deal with fast changing landscape. Politics and inter-group collaboration can be improved . Need faster response to catch more opportunities
