      Complex problems to solve, ethical and family friendly culture, stable company, leader in its space.

      Cons

      EDA is a not a growth space. Has limited opportunities to expand. Too many people who have spent many years (not a bad thing), but can make it slow paced and crowded at the top.

      If you want a CEO that specializes is tanking the stock firing engineers, getting the company hijacked by private equity, and cheating employees out of their bonuses using magic company performance math, this is the company for you.
