Pros
Highly technical environment. Colleagues are very nice and competent. Remote work and flexible hours are allowed. Pay depends on performance and can vary from decent to very high. Opportunity to work in a global setting with people from different cultures depending on the project. Also the company is doing really well currently (stock quadrupled during last 4 years).
Cons
This is a big company, so there is bureaucracy and cumbersome processes that can be frustrating. The tools are a bit oldish, although there has been some effort to update some of them recently. There are lots of ongoing projects and sometimes it may feel like you are competing with other teams within the same company. Some managers will make sure their projects/initiatives go first, even if it does not necessarily serves the company and the customers.
