      Strong control by top management which helps to keep the working atmosphere more or less clean. Access to latest technologies and opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      In Armenian site the salary is less than the industry average. Career opportunities are limited in engineering chain since the most of projects are driven from US/Canada.
