      Highly technical company, with good code processes and practices. A great place to develop further your skills, learning from your teammates and the challenging problems.

      Cons

      Salary is bellow average. You enter with a salary, and it will stay like that for long. Many decisions are made based only on managerial level without really consulting to the technical experts in the topics. It is hard to stand out as there is a lot of bureaucracy, making simple changes a headache.
