Pros
1. Financially sound 2. Treats employees well 3. Does not expect overtime and project schedule is well planned 4. Good exposure to best in class tools and training. Get to work with some of the brightest minds.
Cons
1. May not get to work on key design modules being in india, more critical work is done in US 2. Well established team in key centers so difficult to get good work till you have day 8 or so years of exp 3. Pay is not best in industry. 4. No or rare onsite opportunities 5. Very less cross team interaction
