Pros
Company is a leader in its industry. Good fundamentals and extremely high stability. The work is decent and pressure is not too high for most months in a year. Management provides a lot of flexibility in terms of working hours and location and hence it is a great Company to maintain proper work-life balance.
Cons
Limited Growth potential, especially at higher levels. A large percentage of management comprises of technical people who do not understand management or pure management people who don't understand technical issues correctly.
