      Pros

      Immediate leaders were great, very attentive, understanding and empowering. People there were excellent, strong team and process in place.

      Cons

      Communication from high up to further down on the totem pole was lacking. Flexibility around processes was limited. Major changes were brought about with little or no warning very often.

      If you want a CEO that specializes is tanking the stock firing engineers, getting the company hijacked by private equity, and cheating employees out of their bonuses using magic company performance math, this is the company for you.

      The company’s greatest “pros” are also its greatest “cons”
