      People are nice and friendly in general

      Cons

      Lack of training SOP and short staff. No training but expect you to provide a great output in your assigned task. All tools are not user-friendly. Very manual and tedious work process.

      If you want a CEO that specializes is tanking the stock firing engineers, getting the company hijacked by private equity, and cheating employees out of their bonuses using magic company performance math, this is the company for you.
