Excellent people, smart minds, work on the latest technologies, good exposure. Get to interact with all the top notch chip design companies. Good client interaction. Occasional travel. Good management.
Cons
Niche area, stuck in the same industry. Pay is not that great in India. Considering that it is difficult to get people with back-end knowledge they should increase the pay
