      Pros

      Synopsys is in EDA for chip design. It is pretty stable company.

      Cons

      ML team here is in the beginning phase. ML leadership is confused about what they want. They have no idea of the effort level required. They ask you to work on the holidays, weekend, late night, etc. Working environment is not good.

      If you want a CEO that specializes is tanking the stock firing engineers, getting the company hijacked by private equity, and cheating employees out of their bonuses using magic company performance math, this is the company for you.
